Due to the frailty of the raw material, the company has become more responsible and watchful, improving and optimizing the control process of the complete production: from selection to delivery. All processes comply with specific standards based on the HACCP Method (self-control) and IFS (International Food Standard). Thus, to guarantee a development of the product quality and hygienic safety and to respect all regulations of business contracts.
End user safety
The company avail itself of an in-house expert mycologist, who – thanks to his high qualification required in this field – is responsible of inspecting raw materials and constantly updating the staff know-how. Microbiological and hygienic testing on products are carried out on a regular basis, in order to grant the end user of the certainty of the careful controls to safeguard the natural characteristics of the product. Modern and efficient structures and company self-control (internal and external, with the raw material traceability) represent a warranty for the end user choosing certified food products.
